Similar to conventional DOE (Diffractive Optical Element) modules, it utilizes light diffraction to convert Gaussian beams into top-hat shape. However, unlike DOE, it has the following characteristics:

1. Single device can cover a wide rage of wavelength.
2. No fake spots
3. 100% efficiency

There has been no laser module product with such characteristics.

μLINEMAN forms a line of uniform brightness, and μSQUAREMAN forms a uniformly illuminated square at the desired focal distance.

μLINEMAN and μSQUAREMAN can utilize multiple light sources based on the aforementioned features. Additionally, customization such as resizing the line or square, converting to a circular or rectangular shape, or transforming the intensity distributions other than the top-hat is also possible.
